The Yass Area Network of Landcare Groups (YAN) will be holding its Annual General Meeting this month, and we’re delighted to announce that our guest speaker will be Peggy Ebby, who will introduce the Habitat Restoration Hub – a fantastic new resource connecting community, government, and science to support large-scale habitat restoration across NSW. All Landcare members are welcome to join us for our AGM and hear from Peggy.
The AGM is also the perfect opportunity to get involved in shaping the future of Landcare in our region. We’re calling for new committee members to join YAN – it’s a small time commitment (mostly outside business hours), and a great chance to work alongside other passionate Landcarers from across the Yass Valley and the wider region.
